ANGER WORKSHOP

Join us for a workshop which will address the causes, beliefs, results, and expressions of anger. In the workshop we will talk about strategies to resolve and understand anger.

What Causes Your Anger?

Anger is part of life that is often misunderstood. Many of us have been taught to supress anger rather than express it productively and safely. We will discuss what underlies anger and how the goal of managing anger is to heal the wound which caused it. You can leave the workshop with a better understanding of yourself and those around you.

The Workshop will be held on:
Tuesday September 11, 2008
6:30 until 9:30 PM
Room B-111
Community Service Center
630 Janet Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17601

Cost per person is $25.00-Scholarships are available
Call to register on or before Friday, June 6, 2008
